Good Day!
Today the waning Moon joins Neptune and then enters the sign Pisces. Along the way it meets Saturn in Virgo and Uranus in Aries.
These three planets, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune, represent the parts of us that are intertwined with and molded by society as a whole. Saturn represents the rules and regulations imposed to keep us safe and secure; Uranus represents the leading edge of societal thought; and Neptune represents creative and visionary trends that seep into our personalities, often without our awareness.
When the Moon is in Pisces we are unusually open to suggestions from others, and with these planets on the scene we may be swayed from one extreme to another. Each of today’s planets could come to us as a character we meet during the day. Saturn will most likely show his face as a stern taskmaster, perhaps your accountant, demanding that you put your books in order. Uranus could come in the guise of a younger member of your team who doesn’t think you’re catching on fast enough to new ideas or technology. And Neptune may flood in in the guise of someone urging you to become involved in some business trend you may or may not be interested in.
With the Moon in Pisces, an attitude of “going with the flow” is appropriate. If you find yourself drifting from one thing to another today, you’ll know you’re tuned in to the energies of the day.
Just for fun, here’s something new that reflects today’s planets: a movement (Uranus) that would benefit body (Saturn in Virgo) and soul (Neptune). Every Wednesday, all summer long, is Take Back Your Lunch Day!
How and where do you eat your lunch? Does your lunchtime habit nurture and reinvigorate you? I must admit I spend most of my lunches at my desk, catching up on the news – well, usually The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. I would welcome a more interactive and relaxing lunch once a week. How about you?

Oh wow… caught. I eat lunch at my desk as well. Too quickly and not much of a break. Though I’ve been listening to world cup games at my desk this week and feel generally more excited and productive.

Guilty – I eat my lunch at my desk, too. There ‘s just doesn’t seem to be enough time for anything else.

Hi, Krista.
Too bad I’m not still in Providence – we could try to start a Wednesday group there. That would be fun!

Thanks, Neeti. Of course, I never miss lunch, even if I eat it at my desk!
